"Hotel was alright to stay in for short stays. The airconditioning was controlled by staff at reception. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside. Superb idea, but wished it was conveyed to us beforehand. The first staff member was a tad rude by ignoring me when I told her it was stuffy on the 1st night. "We stayed here for about 16 nights visiting relatives in Yanjiao. Amazing experience, clean rooms, friendly/attentive staff, and an overall comfortable environment. "The staffs are awesome. We stayed six nights and were very well taken care of. Nothing is too troublesome for them. The concierge Xiao Wei is fantastic. Rarely see such great customer service in hotels in western country, even the five stars hotels where we tip them so much. People here serve like it is their pleasure and duty. Room was bright and modern, super clean. A touch too warm for us, visiting from cold Canada but they promptly sent us a fan when we complained. Location is superb just beside H exit of Bell Tower metro station. Lots of restaurants, shopping and easy transit. I can not recommend this place highly enough! It also make me think China has a great future if all the people are like the staffs in this hot."

"Loved our stay at this hotel. Probably the most comfortable bed ive ever slept it. Pillows were the best comfort as well. Huge shower too. Room was quiet. Staff was very friendly. "
